Super Psychic Policeman Chojo, the TV anime adaptation of Shun Numa's completed Weekly Shōnen Jump manga, began airing in Japan on October 6, 2026. Idol group M!LK performs its opening theme, 「ザッツ！超常」, which a Shiritomo report says has led some anime viewers to the group itself.
The report points to an X post from a viewer who wrote that they had come to M!LK from the anime, knew none of the group's songs except the opening, and asked what to listen to next. According to Shiritomo, the post had more than 1,800 likes. The anime's second main PV uses the opening theme, according to an Anime! Anime! report.
The series airs Tuesdays at 11:00 p.m. JST on the Kansai TV and Fuji TV national network, according to the anime's official website. Anime! Anime! reported that the first episode started at 11:15 p.m. JST. Yūsuke Kobayashi voices psychic police officer Meguru Chojo, and Riko Aono voices Nao Ippongi.
Shiritomo reports that the manga ran in Weekly Shōnen Jump from issue 11 of 2024 to issue 28 of 2025 and was completed in eight volumes. It ranked sixth in the comics category of the Tsugi ni Kuru Manga Taishō in 2024 and third in 2025, according to the report.
