Donguri Closet, a Studio Ghibli goods brand aimed at adult women, will release a Kiki's Delivery Service mini lamp featuring Jiji on October 31, 2026, according to an Anime Anime report. The lamp, exclusive to Donguri Closet, shows Jiji gazing at a small light shaped like an oil lamp.
The product's Japanese name translates roughly as "Mini Lamp: Gazing Jiji." It is based on a small lamp in Osono's home in the film. The lamp has a ceramic-look body decorated with bright flowers, and its warm-toned base has fine plant-like detailing and an antique-style finish.
To use it, the owner turns on a switch on the bottom of the base. Touching the lamp's touch sensor then turns the light on, and a second touch turns it off. The report says the piece can also be displayed as decor when unlit.
The lamp costs ¥13,200 including tax. It measures 112 mm wide, 128 mm tall and 82 mm deep, and is made of polyester resin, glass and ABS.
It will be sold at the Donguri Closet corners inside Ghibli ga Ippai Donguri Kyowakoku stores in Sapporo PARCO, Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi, Ikebukuro, Nagoya Takashimaya Gate Tower Mall, LUCUA Osaka and Canal City Hakata. It will also be available through the Donguri Kyowakoku Sora no Ue online shop.
