According to Japanese anime news site Anime Anime, the collaboration runs four items deep, with designs built around Maomao and Jinshi. The piece that stands out is the okusuri techō case, a holder for the slim booklet Japanese pharmacies use to log a patient's prescriptions. Workman has never sold one before, and it is a natural first for a series whose heroine mixes medicine for a living.
The full lineup: the printed short-sleeve T-shirt and the handkerchief and pouch set at ¥980 each, the medicine notebook case at ¥1,500, and the wallet shoulder bag at ¥2,500, all tax included. Per the announcement, the items were designed to fold the series' setting into current fashion trends, with the T-shirt pitched as something you can wear anywhere and the smaller goods aimed at everyday practicality. Everything goes on sale at all Workman stores in late November 2026.

The Workman drop lands in the middle of a packed stretch. Season 3 premieres October 2, 2026, and the series' first theatrical film, The Apothecary Diaries: The Deceased Empress' Treasure, opens in Japan on December 11, 2026.
