Gourmet X, which runs the ramen mail-order site Takumen.com, will release eight Haikyu!! collaboration ramen products themed on four of the series' schools on November 12, 2026, according to a PR TIMES release from Gourmet X. The company will also hold limited-time eat-in pop-ups at four venues in Japan.
The lineup covers Karasuno High, Aoba Johsai High, Nekoma High and Fukurodani Academy. Each school gets one product under the main Takumen brand and one under a second-line brand that the company says can be prepared in one pot in five minutes. Each recipe combines the school's image with the style of a supervising ramen shop:
- Karasuno: extra-thick black soy sauce ramen with ginger
- Aoba Johsai: soupless tantanmen with white sesame
- Nekoma: tomato ramen with dashi
- Fukurodani: miso ramen with black meat miso
Sales begin at 11:00 Japan time (JST) on Takumen.com. The second-line versions cost ¥700 each, including tax. The main Takumen versions cost ¥1,782 for Karasuno, ¥1,728 for Aoba Johsai and Nekoma, and ¥1,674 for Fukurodani. Each main Takumen purchase comes with a card set of all the school's members in newly drawn illustrations: 12 cards for Karasuno, nine each for Aoba Johsai and Nekoma, and seven for Fukurodani. Each second-line product includes one of four acrylic keychains with a school group illustration, packed at random.
Eat-In Pop-Ups
Kinshicho Marui, Marui Family Mizonokuchi and Hiroshima PARCO will host pop-ups from November 12 to November 23. Nagoya PARCO follows from November 27 to December 13. Each venue serves two schools' ramen in the first half of its run and the other two in the second half. Eat-in bowls cost ¥2,035 for Karasuno, ¥1,980 for Aoba Johsai and Nekoma, and ¥1,925 for Fukurodani. Every bowl comes with the matching school's card set and one of four coasters, chosen at random.
At the first three venues, visits from November 12 to 15 require a lottery reservation. Applications run from 12:00 JST on October 31 to 23:59 JST on November 3, and results go out in sequence from 12:00 JST on November 6. First-come reservations for November 16 onward open at 18:00 JST on November 6. Nagoya PARCO will also use lottery-based advance reservations, with details to be announced later. At Hiroshima PARCO and Nagoya PARCO, only eat-in customers can buy merchandise.
Venue goods use newly drawn illustrations. They include acrylic stands (¥2,200), blind-packed trading can badges (¥440), cooler bags (¥2,420), tenugui cloths (¥1,650), blind-packed trading cards styled as meal tickets (¥220) and acrylic chopstick rests (¥880). Purchases are limited to one of each design per transaction for items sold with a chosen design, and one box per transaction for blind items. Gourmet X plans post-event mail-order sales on Takumen.com from December 18, 2026, to January 17, 2027.
