TOHO Games, Toho's game label, opened pre-registration on the App Store and Google Play on October 20, 2026, for Haikyu!! ALL Challengers, a smartphone training simulation game based on the Haikyu!! anime. The news comes from a Famitsu report that quotes the press release.
The press release calls the game the first full-scale training simulation game for smartphones based on the Haikyu!! anime. Players choose characters to train from a roster of at least 34 players. They decide which stats to build, plan practice menus, form their own team and try to win matches. The game's tagline translates roughly as "a story of reaching for your own summit."
The game lets players relive the anime's story. It also has original stories with newly recorded voices, plus newly drawn 2D animation and illustrations. TOHO Games handles planning, production and distribution, and G2Studios develops and operates the game.
Alongside the store pre-registration, TOHO Games released a main visual and an official promotional video and relaunched the official website. A pre-registration campaign offers rewards based on the number of sign-ups, with details on the official site.
The game is coming to iOS and Android and will be free-to-play with some paid content. The press release lists the release date as undecided.
