The third collaboration cafe for The Apothecary Diaries is under way at seven Sweets Paradise locations in Japan, with new art of Maomao and Jinshi in autumn outfits, according to an Anime! Anime! report. The first locations opened on October 30, 2026.

The event, named Kusuriya no Hitorigoto in SWEETS PARADISE after the anime's Japanese title, runs on different dates by store:

  • October 30 to November 23, 2026: SoLaDo Harajuku and Tennoji Mio
  • October 30 to November 19, 2026: Nagoya Parco
  • November 2 to November 15, 2026: Marui Omiya and Sendai Parco
  • November 2 to November 23, 2026: Yokohama Vivre and Fukuoka Parco

The menu includes dishes themed around the series and its characters, with Japanese names that roughly translate as "The Apothecary's Breakfast" and "Jinshi's Rice Porridge." Drinks include Maomao's amazake and Jinshi's honey lemonade.

Goods include acrylic stands, can badges, photo-style cards, clear files and chopsticks, some featuring the new art or mini-character illustrations. Novelty items are also available, including a bonus with goods purchases.

Reservations can be made only through the Sweets Paradise app, according to the official Sweets Paradise event page. They open five weeks before the desired date and close at 8 p.m. JST the day before. Same-day reservations are not accepted.

The page also says that goods at the cafes are sold only to customers who order from the collaboration menu, and purchase limits apply. Some goods are planned for later sale at the official Sweets Paradise shop on Yahoo! Shopping.
