Production I.G announced on October 30, 2026, that its Rilakkuma x Haikyu!! collaboration will add 21 hanging plush toys dressed in Haikyu!! school uniforms, on sale at Japanese pop-up stores from November 20, according to a PR TIMES release. This second set of announcements also covers the pop-up schedule, purchase bonuses, entry lotteries and overseas sales. The release describes Production I.G as the studio behind both the Rilakkuma and Haikyu!! anime.
The plush lineup has 12 Rilakkuma designs plus three each of Korilakkuma, Kiiroitori and Chairoikoguma, matching the collaboration artwork. They wear the uniforms of Karasuno, Aoba Johsai, Nekoma, Fukurodani Academy and Inarizaki. Each costs ¥3,200 including tax.
Pop-Up Stores in Japan
The pop-up stores are held at BASEYARD TOKYO shops:
- Tokyo (Harajuku) and Osaka (Abeno Q's Mall): November 20 to December 6, 2026. Entry on November 20–22 is by advance lottery, and free entry starts November 23.
- Sapporo (Sapporo Stellar Place), Kyoto (Kawaramachi OPA) and Hiroshima (minamoa Hiroshima): December 18, 2026, to January 17, 2027. Entry on December 18 is by advance lottery, and free entry starts December 19.

Each ¥3,300 (tax included) spent on eligible items in a single transaction earns one random postcard from 13 designs, while supplies last. Blind items are limited to three boxes (36 pieces) of each type per transaction, and open items to three of each. The release says these limits also apply per person per day. Production I.G also plans post-event sales and will announce details later.

Collaboration goods will be sold at these overseas pop-ups and fairs:

- Singapore: Kinokuniya main store and Bugis Junction, December 28, 2026, to January 24, 2027
- Sydney: Kinokuniya Sydney and Chatswood, January 4 to February 4, 2027
- Manila, Los Angeles and San Francisco: Animate, January 16 to 31, 2027
Regular sales start December 20, 2026, at Animate and Kinokuniya stores in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung. The hanging plush toys will not be sold overseas, and items vary by store. Some regions will also have online sales. Each store will announce its own details through its website and social media.
