Four Sets, Four Moods
Each set holds three stickers, roughly 80mm across, printed on paper with a holographic finish. The scene selection is what makes them worth a look. The writeup at Anime Anime, a Japanese anime news site, breaks the four volumes down like this:
Vol. 1 is built around the blue-moon weed (蒼月草) scene from Episode 2, the flower Himmel once said reminded him of Frieren. It pairs that with a sticker of the new party: Frieren, Fern and Stark.
Vol. 2 is the Himmel set. It draws on Frieren's memories of the hero, and the headliner is the Episode 14 moment that got fans talking as "like a proposal." The Japanese headline quotes the line "You're late, Himmel" to go with it. Anime Anime calls this one a must-have for fans, and it's hard to argue.
Vol. 3 collects the battle scenes, plus a comic-relief sticker of Frieren getting swallowed by a mimic. Anyone who has watched the show knows that gag never stops landing.
Vol. 4 is a Frieren expression pack. It follows her from the old party to the new one and throws in a few chibi-style faces.
The Chara-ON product page lists all four at ¥1,100 each (tax included), so the full run comes to ¥4,400.
Why the Scene Picks Matter
Frieren is based on the manga written by Kanehito Yamada and drawn by Tsukasa Abe, serialized in Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday. The story is set after the hero's party has already defeated the Demon King. Frieren herself is a mage who has lived more than a thousand years, and the story follows the people she meets on the road after her old companions are gone. The Himmel memories are the emotional core of the series, which is why a sticker set built around them is a smarter pick than a generic character lineup.
Madhouse (One-Punch Man, Death Note) produced the anime. Season 1 aired from September 2023 to March 2024, and Season 2 ran from January 2026, taking the weekly No. 1 spot on Japanese streaming platforms, according to Anime Anime. Right after the Season 2 finale, Season 3 was announced for October 2027, adapting the Golden Land arc (黄金郷編).
Looking Ahead
Pre-orders are open now through Chara-ON, with the stickers scheduled to release on November 27, 2026. Chara-ON is a Japan-based shop, so international buyers will need a proxy or forwarding service; no overseas release has been announced.
For the anime itself, Season 3 lands in October 2027. Crunchyroll streamed Season 2 internationally, and Viz Media publishes the manga in English, with 15 volumes out so far.
