Bandai Namco Filmworks will release the first Blu-ray and DVD volume of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 4 on October 28, 2026. The volume covers episodes 73 to 78, the company said in an October 26 PR TIMES release. Four volumes are planned, with one released each month.
The limited-edition Blu-ray costs ¥19,800 including tax and puts all six episodes on one disc. It runs 174 minutes in total: about 144 minutes of episodes and about 30 minutes of video extras. The DVD costs ¥9,900 including tax and goes on sale the same day.
The Blu-ray's video extra is a watch party for episode 73 with Miho Okasaki, who voices Rimuru, and Megumi Toyoguchi. Okasaki and Toyoguchi also record audio commentaries for episodes 73 through 75 with Tomoaki Maeno (Veldora) and Anzu Haruno (Ramiris).
The Blu-ray also includes a booklet with a new cover illustration by original character designer Mitz Vah, plus a serial code for the franchise's smartphone game. The code unlocks three scout tickets that guarantee a ★5 or higher result, with ★6 included. Each code works once per account, but codes from different volumes can each be used. The codes are valid through 23:59 on November 26, 2027. The storage box has new art by the anime's character designer, and the digipak has new art by manga artist Taiki Kawakami.
Bandai Namco Filmworks' A-on STORE is offering its own bonuses, but only with the limited-edition Blu-ray. Buyers of all four volumes get an acrylic stand (planned at about 200mm tall) and an A4 clear file, both using new art of Rimuru. This bonus requires a reservation by 23:59 JST on December 13, 2026. Each volume bought there also comes with a vertical can badge using the jacket art and a set of six mini bromides featuring scenes from the series.
According to the release, Season 4 is airing in five split cours. The first and second cours aired back to back starting in April 2026, and the third cour is scheduled to begin in July 2027.
