Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War aired its 50th and final episode, "DEATH & STRAWBERRY," on October 27, 2026. The episode concluded the show's fourth cour and brought the Bleach TV anime, which began airing in 2004, to a close after 22 years, Comic Natalie reports.
Two videos were released to mark the finale. The first is a special ending movie that aired during episode 50 and was also posted on the official Bleach anime YouTube channel. Set to "Number One," it shows cast and staff credits alongside original animation drawings.
The second is THE STORIES VISUAL MOVIE, which looks back on Ichigo Kurosaki's battles through THE STORIES VISUAL, a series of artworks that has depicted him across the anime. The video features 15 depictions of Ichigo and ends with an adult Ichigo, ten years after the war that closes the story.
New artwork by character designer Masashi Kudo was also revealed. One illustration is the purchase bonus offered across retailers for Blu-ray & DVD BOX IV, which goes on sale March 24, 2027. The other is the jacket design for Original Soundtrack III, scheduled for release the same day.
