Bandai Namco Entertainment's smartphone game BLEACH Mirrors High is scheduled to launch on iOS and Android on October 28, 2026, according to a Famitsu report quoting the company's press release. The company also revealed 10 new characters designed by original creator Tite Kubo during the BLEACH Mirrors High SPECIAL BROADCAST.

Aizen in the First Gacha

Sōsuke Aizen will be added in the first gacha after launch as a ★4 card. Its Japanese epithet, 天に立つ, roughly means "standing in the heavens"; this is a gloss, not an official English title. The banner is scheduled to run from launch until 14:59 JST on November 24, 2026. The release notes that the period and content may change without notice.

New Recruits

The 10 new recruits are in the same cohort as the game's protagonists, and each belongs to a different squad. They join three previously revealed recruits. Voice cast for each character was announced at the same time, and Kubo's character design sheets and comments from the cast are posted on the game's official website and X account.

Opening Animation and Theme

The broadcast also premiered the full in-game opening animation, produced by PIERROT FILMS, the studio behind the TV anime BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War. The opening theme, "CRITICAL," has lyrics and music by suisoh, who also worked on an ending theme for Thousand-Year Blood War. suisoh co-arranged the song with a member of ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION, the band behind an opening theme for BLEACH's Arrancar arc. "CRITICAL" is scheduled to begin streaming at midnight JST on October 28.

About the Game

The player is the protagonist and can customize their appearance and zanpakuto. The game's official English site describes its original story as one that "takes place after the Thousand-Year Blood War."
