The Menu Turns Denji Into an Actual Steamed Bun
Two new food items hit the park on September 9, according to a report from Japanese anime news site Anime Anime. The headliner is the Chainsaw-man, a keema-curry-flavored steamed bun molded into Denji's full devil form. The name is a pun: swap the "man" in Chainsaw Man for man, the Japanese word for a steamed bun, and you get a snack that was frankly inevitable.
The second item is the Pochita Frozen Parfait (Orange & Vanilla), which poses the series' mascot digging headfirst into the cup, rear end pointing skyward. USJ bills both menu items as park originals.
New merchandise arrives the same day. There's a T-shirt showing Chainsaw Man mid-battle against the Halloween Horror Nights Devil, plus a plush keychain of Pochita wrapped up in a mummy costume.
Chainsaw Man: The Chaos 4-D Is Back for 2026
The food and goods celebrate Chainsaw Man: The Chaos 4-D, the show attraction USJ stages with MAPPA's TV anime during Halloween Horror Nights, returning after last year's run. In an original story written for the park, guests get caught in a battle between Denji, Aki Hayakawa, Power, and Kobeni on one side and the Halloween Horror Nights Devil, commander of a zombie army, on the other.
This year's edition doubles as an anniversary party. USJ turns 25 in 2026, and Halloween Horror Nights itself hits year 15, with the full event running September 11 through November 8.
Resident Evil, a Zombie Bar, and the Rest of the Scare Lineup
Chainsaw Man shares the fall calendar with Resident Evil, which marks its 30th anniversary this year. USJ hosts a horror maze called Resident Evil Requiem: The Dive, tied to the franchise's newest entry, and pairs it with walk-around food. The menu includes a Green Herb "recovery" croissant dog with basil sauce and chicken, plus Leon S. Kennedy's bitter chocolate churros.
The event also debuts a Zombie Bar, a park first that opens at sundown and pours cocktails themed on zombies from the event's history. Food stands styled after high school zombies' festival stalls serve a cassis waffle from the Zombie Cheer Club and "experimental" takoyaki (grilled octopus dumplings) with garlic oil from the Zombie Science Club. Select menu items come with coasters in original 15th-anniversary designs.
