Universal Studios Japan (USJ) announced on October 20, 2026, that Detective Conan World will run from February 10 to June 30, 2027, as part of Universal Cool Japan 2027, according to an Oricon News report. The park also confirmed the event in its own press release.
Oricon reports that the event will have three attractions:
- Detective Conan: The Escape, a real escape game at Stage 18
- Detective Conan Live Restaurant, a dining show at the Peacock Theater
- Detective Conan × Story Ride, a story ride on Hollywood Dream – The Ride
The restaurant attraction is the main change. For the first time since it began in 2018, it is moving to a new venue with new content. Oricon describes the new venue, the Peacock Theater, as a lavish dining theater.
Restaurant tickets cost ¥7,000 to ¥8,400 for adults (12 and older) and ¥2,600 to ¥3,200 for children (4 to 11), tax included. Prices depend on the visit date and don't include the Studio Pass admission ticket. The sale date will be posted later on the official website.
More details about each attraction will be released later. The dates may also change without notice because of maintenance or other reasons.
