Suiseisha announced on October 29, 2026, that a TV anime project based on the manga Shikiyoku Hadō: Maryoku to Seiryoku Tsuyotsuyo na no de 24-Jikan Musō Shimasu is in development, Anime News Network reports. The anime will be broadcast and streamed as an AnimeFesta Original, according to Anime Hack.
The press release credits Shimano (嶋野磯太郎) with the original story and Migi with the manga. Anime News Network uses the English title Lustful Domination and reports that WWWave Corporation's Coolmic website is publishing the manga in English.
Anime Hack describes the work as an isekai gag fantasy. Its protagonist is reincarnated with cheat-level magic power, then devotes himself to fighting and fathering children in a world overrun by men with no sexual desire.
Shimano debuted the web novel on Nocturne in June 2025, Anime News Network reports. Suiseisha will publish the first compiled manga volume on November 18, 2026.
The press release says further details will follow.
