The Dress Is a PRISMA WING Original, Not a Scene From the Show
Nothing Emilia wears here appears in the anime. The gown is an original design by PRISMA WING, the scale-figure brand run by Japanese collectible maker Prime 1 Studio. It is built around a party setting that Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- never actually stages. Prime 1 describes the brief as Emilia's two sides: a girl's innocence and the poise of a royal selection candidate. In the finished figure, that translates to a high-slit skirt with glossy drape work, offset by crystal-stone ornamentation worked into the bodice.
Her hair is painted in silver over a pale purple undertone, which is how the sculpt gets its translucent look without switching to clear resin. The violet eyes are rendered with a soft edge rather than a hard anime line.
A Glass Base Designed to Match Rem, Ram and Echidna
Emilia sits in a glass cut to resemble carved ice. That base is the through-line of the Glass Edition series, and Prime 1 is direct about the reason: line this one up with the existing Rem, Ram and Echidna figures and the four read as one set instead of four separate purchases.
The specs, per the reveal from Japanese anime news site Anime Anime, run to 1/7 scale, 29cm tall, 14cm wide and 20cm deep, at roughly 0.46kg in resin, PVC and ABS. The box includes the glass base, a fur cushion and acrylic jewelry parts. Prototype work is credited to ICREA, the Tokyo company that handles figure sculpting alongside video and goods production.
Two versions exist at the same 32,890 yen price. The only difference is a bonus smiling face plate, and within Japan that bonus version is sold exclusively through Prime 1 Studio's own online store.
Where the Series Stands
Tappei Nagatsuki's light novel started as a web serial on the user-submission site Shosetsuka ni Naro in April 2012 and moved into print under KADOKAWA's MF Bunko J imprint in January 2014. The premise: Subaru Natsuki is pulled into another world and finds he can rewind time by dying, a power the series calls Return by Death. Emilia is the silver-haired half-elf he attaches himself to, and her bid for the throne drives the royal selection plot the dress alludes to.
Looking Ahead
Pre-orders opened September 25, 2026 and run through November 25, 2026, with shipping scheduled for May 2028. That leaves about 18 months between the order window closing and the box arriving, which is normal for Prime 1's made-to-order scale releases.
International buyers are not shut out. The Emilia Glass Edition is already listed on Prime 1 Studio's English-language store at $200.00 and flagged as an exclusive. The Japan-only wording in the Anime Anime report applies to domestic distribution of the bonus version, not to the global storefront.
On the anime side, Season 4 reaches its finale on September 30, 2026, with Crunchyroll carrying the simulcast. The light novels are published in English by Yen Press, which has reached at least volume 25 against 46 volumes in Japan.
