October 24 Is Kirito and Asuna's In-Game Wedding Date
Kirito and Asuna married inside the death game during the original Aincrad arc, a moment animated in episode 11 of the 2012 TV series. The in-story date of that wedding is October 24, and the pop-up's October 23 through November 3 window puts the anniversary itself on day two of the event.
Bushiroad Creative, a group company of Tokyo-based Bushiroad, announced the store in a PR TIMES release. Every product uses newly drawn illustrations of the couple made for the occasion.
Eight Items in "Wedding Anniversary 2026" Versions
The lineup covers eight products, each sold as a "Wedding Anniversary 2026 ver.":
| Item | Price (tax included) |
|---|---|
| Diorama acrylic stand with background | ¥2,750 each |
| Special big bromide | ¥1,320 each |
| Square tin badge set | ¥1,650 |
| Clear file set | ¥1,650 |
| Art panel | ¥3,850 |
| Trading ticket-style card | ¥550 |
| Rusk tin with coaster set | ¥2,750 |
| Mug | ¥2,200 |
A "bromide," for readers new to the term, is a Japanese-style collectible photo print. The rusk tin pairs a canned baked-bread snack with a coaster set, and the ticket-style cards are sold blind at ¥550 apiece. Per the event page, purchases are capped at three units per item per transaction.
Spend ¥3,000, Get a Party Invitation
For every ¥3,000 spent on eligible items in a single transaction, shoppers receive one random postcard styled as an invitation to the couple's anniversary party, in three designs. Paying with an Epos card, the house credit card of the Marui department store chain, or showing one while paying cash adds one more random postcard. The bonus ends when stock runs out.
Annivroad by Bushiroad Creative Store opened in January 2026 on the second floor of the Shinjuku Marui Annex and exclusively hosts pop-ups tied to celebrations, such as series anniversaries and character birthdays. A wedding anniversary for a fictional couple fits the store's brief exactly.
Looking Ahead
The pop-up runs October 23 through November 3, 2026, in Shinjuku. Bushiroad Creative has not announced any online sales route for this lineup, so visiting in person is the only confirmed way to buy for now.
