The Forgers Go Full Coordinated

The newly revealed visual is a charmer. Anya, Yor, Becky, and Fiona sport frilled and lace-trimmed skirts incorporating the shared check pattern, while Loid, Bond, Damian, and Yuri get matching neckties and sleeve accents — each design tailored to the character's personality. It's the kind of bespoke ensemble visual that Tatsuya Endō's franchise does especially well, and it doubles as a preview of the event's overall aesthetic.

The visual was unveiled by Anime Anime alongside full performance and ticketing details for ANIME EXTRA MISSION 2 — the large-scale special event first announced at the conclusion of Season 3's broadcast run.

Event Details

ANIME EXTRA MISSION 2 takes place on November 8, 2026 at Bellesalle Takadanobaba in Tokyo, with two shows: a matinee (doors at 11:30 a.m., curtain at 1:00 p.m.) and an evening performance (doors at 4:30 p.m., curtain at 6:00 p.m.).

Priority sales opened today, May 20, and run through June 28 — but only buyers of the Season 3 Blu-ray & DVD Vol. 2 are eligible for this window. Every attendee receives a special event pamphlet featuring exclusive interviews with all eight cast members.

Spy x Family's Ongoing Momentum

The franchise shows no signs of slowing down. Endō's manga, serialized on Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ app since March 2019, has surpassed 42 million copies in circulation across 17 volumes and racked up over 600 million page views on the platform.

On the anime side, the 2023 theatrical film Spy x Family Code: White opened to over ¥1.2 billion in its first three days and climbed to ¥6.32 billion (approx. $42 million) by August 2025 — a massive result for an anime-original story. Season 3, produced by WIT Studio and CloverWorks (Spy x Family, Attack on Titan seasons 1–3), wrapped to strong reception, setting the stage for this follow-up event.

Looking Ahead

ANIME EXTRA MISSION 2 is a Japan-only, in-person event with no announced livestream or international component. For fans outside Japan, Season 3 is available on Crunchyroll worldwide and hit Netflix in the U.S. and Canada in April 2026.

The source manga is published in English by Viz Media, with volumes available digitally and in print. Free chapters are also accessible on Shueisha's Manga Plus platform.

General ticket sales beyond the Blu-ray priority window have not been detailed yet — expect further announcements as November approaches.
