Yamato Suits Up for the Bucks, Law Joins the Warriors
The new wave puts two of One Piece's most popular non-Straw Hat characters in NBA colors. Yamato wears a Milwaukee Bucks uniform, while Trafalgar Law takes the court in Golden State Warriors gear. According to a report from Japanese anime news site Anime Anime, the sculpts are designed to look like the collaboration's key visuals brought straight into 3D.
The two figures are very different sizes, and priced accordingly. Yamato stands roughly 38cm (about 15 inches) tall including the base and costs 16,500 yen (around $110). Law stands about 17cm (roughly 6.7 inches) with base, priced at 12,100 yen (around $80). Both are painted, fully assembled PVC figures that include a dedicated display stand.
Preorders are live now at e-BANPRESTO, the Banpresto storefront inside Premium Bandai, Bandai Namco's official online shop. Both figures are scheduled to ship in January 2027.
The Lineup So Far: Luffy, Nami, Sanji, and Enel
The ONE PIECE × NBA MASTER STARS PIECE series pairs Banpresto's MASTER STARS PIECE figure brand with real NBA team branding, and it has been building out a roster since launch. The line kicked off with a run of Monkey D. Luffy figures in different team uniforms, and later waves added Nami in Denver Nuggets colors, Sanji in an Indiana Pacers uniform, and Enel repping the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Wave 4 marks the first time the series has stepped outside that early group, and Anime Anime notes that two more characters are already planned for the line after Yamato and Law.
One Piece in 2026
The franchise behind the collab is as big as it has ever been. Eiichiro Oda's manga, serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump since July 1997, passed 600 million copies in circulation worldwide as of March 2026, with more than 450 million of those in Japan and over 150 million overseas. Volume 67 still holds the series' first-print record at 4.05 million copies.
The TV anime has been running since 1999 and entered the Elbaf arc in April 2026. On the live-action side, Netflix's One Piece has two seasons streaming, with season 3 planned for 2027.
Looking Ahead
Preorders for both figures are open now on e-BANPRESTO via Premium Bandai, with shipping set for January 2027. The listings are on the Japanese Premium Bandai storefront, and no international release for this wave has been announced.
Beyond that, the ONE PIECE × NBA line still has two unannounced characters on the way.
