AnimeAnime published a photo report on October 16, 2026 featuring cosplayer Minatomira (みなとみら, X: @tehslu_cosab_xx), who attended the Ultra acosta! 2026 cosplay event dressed as Roxy from Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation.
The AnimeAnime report carries 10 photos taken for the feature by the photographer tama (X: @tama_0811_), and describes her bashful pose and closely replicated braided twin tails.
Ultra acosta! 2026 ran from September 4 to 6, 2026 at Ikebukuro Sunshine City in Tokyo. AnimeAnime describes it as a greatly expanded edition of the acosta! cosplay event and reports a cumulative attendance of 24,000 across the three days.
The all-night event on September 4 took over Sunshine Aquarium after closing time, giving participants a chance to shoot photos that are not normally possible there. At the Sunshine City fountain plaza, a stage event called CDEF had participating teams perform dance routines in costume. On September 5, a cosplay doujinshi market and flea market, acosta! Marche, ran alongside the main event. Rain fell all day on September 6, though AnimeAnime reports that many cosplayers and photographers took part over the three days.
