Fashion brand MAYLA is taking preorders on its official online store for the Death Note Iconic Belt, a gothic-style belt based on the world of DEATH NOTE, according to an Anime Anime report on the belt. MAYLA markets its fashion with a Japanese tagline saying it raises your body temperature by 2°C.
The belt has no fixed front or back. One side carries halo, heart and Shinigami eye motifs. The other side shows the Death Note with a hand touching it. Either side can face forward. Anime Anime notes that if the belt is worn with a separately sold skirt and the notebook-and-hand motif is placed at the back, the outfit reflects the series rule that touching the Death Note lets a person see the Shinigami.
The belt comes with a detachable chain and is made from a stretchy rubber material.
The belt costs ¥16,500 including tax, plus a separate ¥600 shipping charge. The listing says shipping may vary depending on conditions. Orders are accepted from 17:00 JST on October 26, 2026, to 17:00 JST on November 26, 2026.
