The Rivals Get Top Billing
Haikyu!! merchandise tends to put Karasuno front and center, but this calendar spreads the spotlight across the whole rival roster. According to Japanese anime news site Anime Anime, the lineup covers Shoyo Hinata, Tobio Kageyama, and their Karasuno teammates alongside Fukurodani's Kotaro Bokuto and Keiji Akaashi, Nekoma's Tetsuro Kuroo and Kenma Kozume, and an Inarizaki block built around the Miya twins, Rintaro Suna, and Shinsuke Kita. The Japanese headline names Kenma and Kita right next to Hinata.
Officially titled the Mainichi Haikyu!! Calendar (roughly "Everyday Haikyu!! Calendar"), the product is a daily flip calendar designed around scene stills from the volleyball anime. Each page carries a memorable moment from a fan-favorite character, so flipping the date doubles as a daily highlight reel.
Price, Specs, and Preorder Window
The calendar is a 16-sheet set covering 32 pages and measures roughly 15.3 x 14.8 cm. It sells for ¥2,750 (tax included). Preorders opened August 7, 2026 on AMNIBUS, a Japanese anime merchandise e-commerce site, and the window runs through September 9, 2026. Orders are scheduled to ship sequentially from mid-November 2026, so the calendar should reach buyers before the new year.
Looking Ahead
The date to watch is September 9, 2026. There is no word yet on whether the calendar will get a second run after the preorder window closes.
The timing also lines up with a stacked 2027 for the franchise. As the Anime Anime article notes, Haikyu!! The Movie: VS The Little Giant, which pits Karasuno against Kamomedai, opens in 2027, and the special anime Haikyu!! The Place Where Monsters Go will depict the Fukurodani vs. Mujinazaka match the same year. A calendar you flip every day is a fitting way to count down to both.
