Shō Komura (小村将), who voices protagonist Chrono in the TV anime Fate Rewinder (Unmei no Makimodoshi), appeared at the series' talk stage at Machi Asobi vol. 31, according to a GIGAZINE event report published on October 18, 2026. It was the series' third stage event at Machi Asobi and Komura's first.

The talk ran about 45 minutes. GIGAZINE reports that it covered the audition in which Komura was chosen as Chrono, similarities between Komura and the character, and stories from recording sessions. After the stage, the anime's official X account held a recap on X Spaces, which GIGAZINE says can still be heard. Komura also reportedly held a signing. Visitors received a free 192-page manga preview booklet at the venue.

The series held its first Machi Asobi staff talk stage at vol. 29 in October 2025. At vol. 30 in May 2026, the manga's creator joined the talk stage and held a signing.

Rie Matsumoto directs the anime, and Bones Film handles animation production. In Japan, it is scheduled to air from April 2027 on TV Asahi's IMAnimation block across 24 network stations, Saturdays at 11:30 p.m. JST. Anime News Network reported in July 2026 that Crunchyroll will stream the series.

The manga has run in Shogakukan's Monthly CoroCoro Comic since the February 2022 issue, and 13 volumes have been published. Chrono, a member of a Time-Space Police special mobile unit, uses a time machine built into his right eye to rewind time again and again, chasing a one-in-a-million chance to change a future already set in place. Yen Press has licensed the manga, according to the same ANN report.
