Detective Conan characters are taking over the in-car advertising of one trainset each on Tokyu's Den-en-toshi and Toyoko lines, a limited-time promotion for the Detective Conan Diner, which opens at Shibuya Stream in winter 2026. The Den-en-toshi Line train began running on October 11, 2026, and the Toyoko Line train starts on November 9, according to Anime! Anime!.

The promotion is being run with the cooperation of Tokyu Corporation, and the characters appear in chic detective-style uniforms. The Den-en-toshi Line advertising is scheduled to stay up until mid-November 2026 and the Toyoko Line advertising until late November, with both end points given as planned rather than fixed.

A PR TIMES release notes that during the display period the trains may be taken out of service without notice, or the start or end of the runs postponed, because of timetable disruption or other circumstances beyond anyone's control.

The diner opens in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the Detective Conan TV anime, which has been broadcast since 1996 and adapts Gosho Aoyama's manga of the same name, serialized in Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday since 1994. The diner's official site gives its address as the fourth floor of Shibuya Stream in Shibuya, Tokyo.
