Bones Drew the Anniversary Art Itself

The Bungo Stray Dogs TV Anime 10th Anniversary Kuji is built around new illustrations from Bones (My Hero Academia, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood), the studio that has animated the series since it premiered in April 2016. Across that decade the adaptation has grown to five seasons and 61 episodes, and the studio drew fresh art specifically for this campaign, according to a report from Japanese anime news site Anime! Anime!.

The sale runs through Kujibikido, an online lottery storefront. It follows the pay-per-draw format common in Japanese character merch: each purchase is redeemed for one randomly assigned item from the prize pool.

Six characters anchor the campaign's bonus lineup: Atsushi Nakajima, Osamu Dazai, Ryunosuke Akutagawa, Chuya Nakahara, and the Hunting Dogs pair of Saigiku Jōno (条野採菊) and Tetchō Suehiro (末広鉄腸).

What ¥770 Per Draw Gets You

Sales open at 12:00 p.m. JST on August 13, 2026, and close at 11:59 a.m. on September 24. Each draw costs ¥770 (tax included), with shipping billed separately. The prize pool covers oversized acrylic stands built to show off a single character, tapestries, acrylic panels, collectible acrylic stand figures, mini shikishi (small autograph-style art boards), and tin badges.

The acrylic stand figure set also doubles as the prize in a social campaign. Follow and repost Kujibikido's official X account during the sale period, and three winners will be drawn to receive the C-prize set.

Bonus Prints Change Every Week

Every 10-draw set comes with a mini bromide, a small photo-style print, as a guaranteed bonus. The designs rotate in six weekly waves. Weeks one through three pair the cast off: Atsushi and Dazai from August 13, Akutagawa and Chuya from August 20, then Jōno and Tetchō from August 27, each pair offered in full-body and chibi versions. From September 3, the waves widen to all six characters, alternating full-body and chibi sets through the September 24 close.

A Decade of Literary Ability Battles

Bungo Stray Dogs runs on a simple hook: its cast borrows the names of real literary greats (Atsushi Nakajima, Osamu Dazai, and Ryunosuke Akutagawa among them) and drops them into supernatural ability battles. Kafka Asagiri writes and Sango Harukawa illustrates the original manga, which has run in Young Ace, Kadokawa's monthly manga magazine, since 2012. The series and its related books have passed 17.5 million copies in circulation.

Looking Ahead

The lottery is live from August 13 through the morning of September 24, 2026, via the purchase page linked from the original Anime! Anime! article. The report doesn't mention overseas shipping, so international fans will likely need a proxy service to order.

The series itself is easy to reach outside Japan. All five seasons of the anime stream on Crunchyroll, including an English dub, and Yen Press publishes the manga in English.
