The Attack on Titan Character Designer Takes On Sasha
Kyōji Asano is the reason the Survey Corps looks the way it does on screen. He served as character designer and chief animation director on the Attack on Titan TV anime during its Wit Studio seasons, and his monthly drawing project at the I.G & WIT Anime Studio Store delivers one new piece of official Attack on Titan art each month. According to SHIBUYA TSUTAYA's announcement, September belongs to Sasha Blouse.
The setup is simple. Spend ¥2,000 (before tax) or more on eligible Attack on Titan merchandise and you get the Sasha illustration card. There is one design, limited to one card per transaction, first come, first served, from September 1 through September 30, 2026. The participating stores are the I.G & WIT Anime Studio Store TOKYO, on the sixth floor of the SHIBUYA TSUTAYA building in central Shibuya, and the KYOTO location inside Kyoto Tsutaya Books on the sixth floor of the Kyoto Takashimaya S.C. shopping complex. The Shanghai branch runs the campaign over the same window, with its distribution terms to be announced by that store.
New Attack on Titan and Spy x Family Merch Lands September 11
Ten days into the Sasha campaign, both franchises get fresh product lines. The Attack on Titan side goes traditional: the -SUIBOKU- ink-wash series returns with a second can badge set (¥3,300) and six washi paper sheet designs (¥500 each). They are joined by a washi-style can badge set of Eren and Levi in a "chair version" (¥1,100), wooden bookmarks in the same chair motif (two designs, ¥660 each), kokeshi, the traditional Japanese wooden dolls, dressed in the characters' casual outfits (three designs, ¥6,930 each), and mini kokeshi of the characters as children (five designs, ¥3,300 each).
Spy x Family gets the -SUISAI- watercolor treatment with a second can badge set (¥2,200) and four washi sheet designs (¥500 each). Starting September 11, spending ¥2,000 or more (before tax) on eligible Spy x Family goods also earns a random illustration card from a set of four, featuring mini-character art. The rules mirror the Titan card: one per transaction, while supplies last, and the design can't be chosen.
Haikyu!! Goes Full Ukiyo-e
The third line is already on shelves. Since August 28, 2026, the stores have carried a Haikyu!! series of newly drawn illustrations in the style of ukiyo-e, the Edo-period woodblock prints, split into Spring and Summer editions under a series name whose kanji roughly translate to "volleyball scenes of the four seasons." Each edition includes compact mirrors (six designs, ¥1,320 each), a washi-style sticker sheet (¥990), a postcard set (¥1,210), and large hologram can stands (six designs, ¥5,060 each). The Summer edition adds T-shirts of Shoyo Hinata (日向翔陽) and Tobio Kageyama (影山飛雄) at ¥5,500 each. The full price list is in the store's product rundown.
What's Next
The schedule, in order: the Haikyu!! ukiyo-e items launched August 28, the Sasha Blouse card runs September 1 through 30, and the new Attack on Titan and Spy x Family products, plus the Spy x Family bonus cards, arrive September 11. Every bonus is first come, first served, and ends when stock runs out.
For fans outside Japan, the Shanghai store is the one international location confirmed in the announcement, and it will post its own bonus terms. There is no word on online orders or overseas shipping for any of these items, so for now this is an in-person affair at the Shibuya, Kyoto, and Shanghai stores.
