My Hero Academia VRChat Exhibition Merch Lineup Revealed

Browse the Shelves in VR, Order From Your Couch

Tokyo-based anime merchandise company Anique announced the goods lineup in a PR TIMES release on August 20. Every product uses a key visual drawn specifically for the anniversary event, and everything is sold made-to-order through the Anique Shop online store. The order window matches the exhibition's run exactly: noon JST on August 28 through 11:59 p.m. JST on September 27, 2026.

The fun part is how you shop. The exhibition includes a Museum Shop area inside the social VR platform VRChat, so visitors can walk up to the goods and look them over in virtual space before placing an order on the web store. The release presents the lineup itself as a gallery of product photos rather than an itemized list, so exact product names and prices aren't spelled out in the text.

There is also a purchase bonus. For every ¥3,300 (tax included) spent on eligible items during the event, buyers get one random original bromide (a glossy, photo-style print card) drawn from a set of six designs.

A Free Walk Through U.A. High School

The merch supports the main event, the My Hero Academia Experiential Virtual Exhibition: Heroes' Footprints (僕のヒーローアカデミア 体験型バーチャル展示 -ヒーローたちの足跡-), held at the Anique Museum inside VRChat. Entry is free, and the exhibit commemorates 10 years since the anime adaptation of Kohei Horikoshi's Shueisha manga premiered in April 2016. The series reached its Final Season in 2025.

Visitors retrace "the path walked by heroes" through recreated locations from the show, including U.A. High School and Deku's room. Getting close to the exhibits and touching them is part of the design, something a physical gallery can't offer.

Accessibility is the other headline feature. No VR headset is required: the exhibition runs on iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, Windows PCs, and VR devices. If you have a phone, you can attend.

Looking Ahead

The exhibition opens at noon JST on August 28, 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. JST on September 27. VRChat is available worldwide, and the release mentions no regional restrictions, so international fans should be able to walk the halls of U.A. the same day Japanese fans do. The release doesn't say whether the Anique Shop ships merchandise internationally, so overseas buyers will want to check the store's shipping terms before the order window closes.

Fans revisiting the series for the anniversary can find the completed manga in English from Viz Media, and the anime streams internationally on Crunchyroll.
