"Detective Conan" has released a special PV celebrating Heiji Hattori and Kazuha Toyama, who became a couple at the end of a three-week anime arc, and a set of celebration campaigns is planned in Osaka, according to Anime Hack. The video, titled 「祝!平次♡和葉」, is posted on the anime's official YouTube channel.

In the arc's final episode, 「茜色の千秋楽(大楽)」, Heiji solves the case and then confesses to Kazuha on the observation deck of Naniwa Harukas. The episode aired on October 10, 2026. Ran Mouri and Kazuha's mother are also shown watching the two come down from the deck holding hands. Anime Hack describes the Osaka campaigns as marking the birth of a "big couple" following Shinichi Kudo and Ran Mouri.

Harukas 300, the observation deck at Abeno Harukas in Osaka, is hosting a collaboration event for the anime's 30th broadcast anniversary. A 「平次♡和葉 告白スポット」 (Heiji♡Kazuha Confession Spot) was scheduled to open there on October 11, with footprints marking the place the two stood in the episode so that visitors can hear the confession scene played with audio from the anime. From the same day, a special voice track newly written by original creator Gosho Aoyama was set to play in the "return elevator" that runs from the observation floor down to the 16th-floor entrance. It covers what Heiji and Kazuha said to each other on the way home after the confession.

Three advertising campaigns are planned elsewhere in the city. An ad cruise is scheduled to run on the Dotonbori River from October 11 to 13, five hours a day from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. JST, on a route that passes Ebisubashi, the bridge where Heiji realized his feelings for Kazuha. An ad truck is set to drive through the Umeda, Shinsaibashi and Namba areas from October 11 to 17, and a large ad is to go up from October 12 to 18 in the Hankyu Umeda Station passage that leads from Hankyu Department Store toward Osaka-Umeda Station.

Both voice actors commented. Ryō Horikawa, who voices Heiji, questioned whether it even counted as a confession, writing that he had pictured Heiji looking Kazuha in the eye and saying it straight. Instead, after a string of failed attempts, Heiji let his feelings slip, Kazuha happened to overhear, and she asked him if he really meant it. Horikawa added that Heiji should treasure Kazuha, and that he is rooting for the two himself. Yūko Miyamura, who voices Kazuha, wrote that everyone around them had long known how they felt, so the wait had been a long one: only about half a year should have passed, yet it felt to her like 25 years. She said she had found it a little sad that Kazuha had recently all but given up, and that she hopes Aoyama writes a double or triple date story next.
